Is this something that someone else has noticed? Red Maca Root increasing urges to PMO? For those of you who already know me, I'm trying to cut out masturbation completely, but I get overcome by ridiculously powerful urges, particularly in the morning. Its a terrible way to be, but I may have found Maca root as the culprit.

Do you have a job, or go to uni, or have some other meaningful and exciting thing to do during your waking hours?

Idle hands are the devil's workshop, literally.

In my experience if I don't have any goal to pursue and just sit around and do nothing productive, I will always gravitate towards watching porn and masturbate. It happens every single time and I can't really do anything to stop it because my brain is unfortunately wired that way now from having done it so many times.

Other powerful triggers (for me at least) are feelings of hopelessness and despair, feeling sorry for myself, being sick or having a cold, being bored, being alone, lack of daily social interaction, not having a sense of purpose in my life, not exercising regularly, and so on.

I don't think diet or supplements has much of anything to do with this problem. It's more of a symptom of living a ***t life.

This is true, indeed. Im doing terribly at school, dont like what Im studying, and tend to procrastinate to the inevitable failure of my courses. Crumbs.
