Beef jerky

I can't find any info on this via Google, anybody know about Peat's thoughts on beef jerky and cured meat in general? Of course, assuming the meat is grass-fed and is cured w/o any harmful additives etc.

I don't think he'd have a problem with it. Of course he doesn't recommend eating lots of muscle meats - but I think he would approve if you've adequate gelatin in your diet.
