Thought this might a useful reference, to help avoid junk science. While not a research article per se, seems like it belongs here anyway (let me know if not and I'll move it - if I can).
Unfortunately the original source for this list has "gone dark" so it won't be updated. But it's fairly recent and not yet entirely out of date.
Also, this is not a "100% good vs 100% bad" list. These publishers were flagged as being problematic, with advice to "proceed with caution" both as a reader and as a researcher. If there's an interesting article only found here, take it with a grain of salt and do some further digging; if some hack produces a crap study no reputable journal will accept, they might publish here no questions asked.
