Be Careful When Buying Thiamine Supplements

I just realized that the thiamine I had been buying for over a year was thiamine mononitrate. I thought I was buying the HCL form, but that was not the case.

Hopefully this saves someone from making my mistake.

How did you find out? Do they look different?

What do you mean you just realized? Were you not reading the label?

Not trolling, it's just only in one spot on the product. I think it was dumb on my part but I think it's slightly less obvious than locations when buying a plane ticket haha. When I was buying it everything on the website and bottle just said thiamine (B1).

What's wrong with mononitrate..?
If you look up some of what's been discussed about nitrates and Nitric oxide on the forum, etc. It's probably not a good idea to be taking it
