BCAA's Causing Adrenals To Ache?

Any idea why BCAAs are causing my adrenal glands to ache. i can tell because its hurting on both sides, and its not the kidneys themselves.

Maybe something to do with adrenaline because I always feel an anti adrenaline effect from BCAAs

BCAA is a insulin secretogogue, so it looks like a stress response to low blood sugar caused by insulin overshoot provoked by BCAA. I have same symptom but not only with BCAA.

I think that a good high quality BCAA sup can be effective for improving digestion short term, but as with everything, it needs to be used in the proper context with enough carbs.

not doubting you but could you list a couple?

am considering trying bcaa for the supposed reduction in serotonin

I don’t have time to research this again, at the moment.

But I have never seen anyone realize any real world benefit from BCAAs. I certainly didn’t.
