As the title says, what are some good ratios for Na : K : Ca : Mg (if I got those right)?

It'd be cool to discuss guidelines in mg/kg, or even relative ratios (e.g. 1:1 for something, 2:1 for something else, etc) or to benchmark to something standard and probably common on this forum, like a 30yr average height and weight moderately active male.

Cheers!

I find the RDAs for those actually pretty good, except sodium. Salt should be used to taste in my opinion.

For the rest:
1000mg of calcium
400mg magnesium
4700mg potassium

According to Peat the dietary calcium should probably be around 2000mg though to suppress PTH.
