Baking Soda Stops Aspirin From Being Absorbed?

I was reading the following on handling toxicity for aspirin:

What is the antidote for aspirin?

Sodium bicarbonate is given in a significant aspirin overdose (salicylate level greater than 35 mg/dl 6 hours after ingestion) regardless of the serum pH, as it enhances elimination of aspirin in the urine. It is given until a urine pH between 7.5 and 8.0 is achieved.

If thats the case, taking a bit of baking soda in aspirin and hot water is not going to eliminate aspirins benefits right?

It increases its solubility and prevents too much build up in digestive organs where it can cause bleeding.

I have Salicylate Intolerance so I have to take baking soda here and there to pee out the Sals my body can't process properly. Activated Charcoal also works but that stuff is messy and I can't do pills.
