Baked Farmer's Cheese

[LUH 3417]

16oz farmers cheese (lifeway makes 1% farmers cheese)
2 pastured eggs
1-2 spoons maple syrup
dash of vanilla bean extract
3 drops orange oil or orange zest

mix everything together and pour into a small glass baking dish (7x5 works well). bake until the edges are brown but the middle still jiggles (my oven took 40 min @ 350 degrees). enjoy warm or completely cooled.

topping ideas: cooked fruit and gelatin, chocolate chunks

Yummy...thank you for this! Farmer’s cheese is solid isn’t it? How would you mix it? Cut it up into small pieces?

You’re welcome I used an electric hand mixer to get it all smooth and consistent

Oh right! I forget people have those. I have always mixed by hand. I will figure something out.
