Can anyone tell me the right form of B12 to take? Thank you.
My B12 stays below 200 pg/mL unless I constantly supplement it. I used to take Methylcobalamin but now I use hydroxocobalamin sublingually. Too much methylation can contribute to cancer apparently, if you search the forums you’ll find threads on it.

Also, B12 absorption is poor orally so I’ve learned to hold a sublingual tablet between my upper lip and gums for over 30 minutes. This keeps it up at least according to bloodwork. I can’t say I’ve felt anything from bringing my B12 up though. Do you have symptoms? It’s interesting because I’ve probably had very low B12 for years but as far as I can tell I never had any symptoms.
