Can taking too much of an isolated B cause a deficiency in another? I think I have seen that but can’t find where now. I feel like I’m showing signs of a B6 deficiency.

Yes it can. Don’t go overboard unless you’re addressing deficiency or other issues that require high dose supplementation.

Ancedotally yes, changing intake of a B-vitamin changes the requirements for the others as well. I have no B2 deficiency symptoms when I don't supplement anything, neither with Thorne Stress B-complex. If I use Pure encapsulations B-complex Plus I get skin issues associated with B2 deficiency that are attenuated by adding isolated B2 on top of the Pure encapsulations product. Based on this I have concluded that B-vitamin intake requirements are linked to the intake of other B-vitamins and likely other nutrients as well.

It makes sense that changing ratios of metabolites shift the requirements for various cofactors considering equilibrium chemistry and how different pathways require same cofactor.
