1L orange juice everyday.
1L raw milk most days.

No idea, I don't track my macros or calories, I eat and drink when I feel like it.

that's still a low amount of carbs. You're an exceptional man. S Maybe @haidut can explain. I definitely have low free t on low carb even though my prolactin and estrogen levels are low. And plus if you're already eating tons of meat on a carnivore diet, you're probably getting a ton of b-vitamins anyway. Still not sure how your testosterone is that high.

RP diet goal isn't to maximize testosterone. It's to minimize aromatizable sex hormones in order to maximize brain growth.

But still, if a product increases testosterone that much, then it's worth looking into what exactly it offers that RP diet doesn't, and how to get that same effect without any increase in estrogenic activity (if prolactin increased then that might mean estrogenic activity has gone up, even though blood estrogen is low).

THat makes a lot of sense, and thanks for not condemning me (like a lot of other people do). Just curious, what is your opinion on restricting or abstaining from masturbation for the purposes of improving one's energy levels and (in my case) regrowing hair?

Just curious, but you mentioned on one of Danny's podcasts that we should try to lower prolactin because it "melts bones". After some research, I have come to realize the extremely detrimental effect of prolactin, especially in men, and I was wondering if you could give me some insight into my condition:

I have been addicted to masturbation for almost 1 year now. I have "relapsed" on average, 4-6 times weekly, if not more. I haven't got a blood test, but I've noticed recession of my hair at the temples (which is what some women get after giving birth, presumably due to the influence of prolactin and other hormones), and my jaw clicks a LOT, which I worry is due to the calcium degradation in my face.

I am really working hard to get on nofap, or, at the very least, reduce my masturbation frequency, because this habit has destroyed my life: it's reduced my productivity, caused me immense guilt and shame, and also stopped me from looking to fill my time with good habits.

My question for you, Sir, is can someone like me, whos has damaged his body over the course of the year, so much so that I actually caused myself to go bald at the temples, can I heal? And if so, how long will it take me?

Same here bro. Dislike isolated B2. B1 on the other hand...

When I take high dosed B1 in the evening, I'll definitely wake up with heavy morning wood. (I could also imagine Thiamine + Niacin (flush version) to be a good combination for penile blood flow. I will test that in the near future.)

As many of you already know, I attribute a lot of importance to hormones, and I've played quite a bit with them.

I have been off testosterone since the 6th of June this year.
When natural, my natural testosterone levels has always hovered around 500ng/dl.

It was 480ng/dl before I ever used testosterone, and 520ng/dl in september, 3 months after I discontinued testosterone.

At that time I was off ALL supplements. Not one pill would go through my system.

I have started taking Thorne's basic B complex around a month and a half ago, with great benefits. Full sized flaccid hang, balls fuller, great libido, enhanced cognition, enhanced mood.

I was curious if it had had any impact on my testosterone levels, so I went for a blood test end of last week.

My total testosterone came back at 974ng/dl.

I made sure to take my last B vitamin pill 24h prior to the test as Biotin can skew results.

E2 came back at 16pg/ml (11-44) too low to my liking.
Prolactin 16ng/ml (2-18) which seems crazy high given that the B complex has a huge B6 dose!!
@haidut not sure what to make of this prolactin value and how to decrease it.

25 hydroxy vitamin D came back low at 21,4ng/ml (30-80)

My next experiment is to start Vitamin D and Vitamin K supplementation, see if they improve my muscle building ability, which is amazingly low for a T level close to 1000.
Congrats on your success. This may seem like a strange question, but I’ve read on several threads that continual B1 supplementation can cause body odor. Have you happened to notice anything like that?

I would think it's hard/impossible to smell your own odors as you're part of the system.
So far no one has complained.

I'm a firm believer that body odors stem from a congested gut and a congested liver. I regularly flush both, and regularly have compliments on how good I smell although I never use cologne or smelly laundry or smelly soap.

Masturbation is natural and fine when you can't handle any more pressure.

Maturbating to porn should be avoided.

I don't get that after orgasm, whether it's after masturbation or intercourse.

I once had full disappearance of those when I was sick with the flu due to having had less neck cover while being outside in winter at 2020 February so I assume the Post Orgasmic Illness Syndrome is something autoimmune related perhaps I feel so drained, brainfogged, slow and on first day I tend to have slight joint aches when sitting after some days the worst portions of those symptoms are gone but I only feel at 100% cognitive potential at like 1-2 weeks this is a very frustrating disorder because I have had it since puberty and never were able to have sexual activities without becoming like a slow drained brain fogged zombie I have to choose between abstinence and functionality vs indulgence and zombieness.

5.7-26.1 (164-752 ng/d;l) is a very low reference range. If they're basing it on people who visit that lab then their customers are unhealthy as hell and men with actual low test who take a result from their to their doctor are still going to be denied treatment and be told they're normal or "just a little below normal so there's nothing to worry about".
The Merck reference range is 10-42nmol/L.

then don't masturbate if you do. This shouldn't happen if you have sex or wet dream though. There's a difference.
