Once every 4th/7th day the following supplements:

100 mg thiamin HCl
100 mg riboflavin
100 mg niacinamide
100 mg Pyridoxine
5 mg biotin
500 mg pantothenic acid

It seems OK?

B12 and folate are missing out - the latter one often being deficient on the classic Ray Peat Diet as legumes and leafy greens are often not consumed.

I think that pyriodoxine HCL has poor bioavailability and can cause a B6 paradox. (excess of the precursor and deficiency of the bioactive metabolite) I think P5P is a better option, it‘s not going to cause the peripheral neuropathy that the HCL form can cause in high doses.

B5 is a pretty hefty dose, but probably balances out the high amount of biotin.

Ok. Then 5 mg methylcobalamin + 800 mcg methylfolate once a week maybe?
100 mg pyridoxine becomes 50 mg p5p then.

Sounds good. I would personally rather split them up into more frequent smaller doses. Your body does not really store B-vitamins, so having a steady influx is much better. If you take a lot of B-vitamins once a week, a lot of it will be excreted in the urine.

Right, taking a big B complex all at once is insane especially with the high doses.

I will pick one with a gel cap and pull it apart and after a meal sprink;e a little dusting on my wettend forarms. If I can get an application once a day with a meal that has some nutrient deplete carb I consider that lucky.

@rayban low dosage:

I like this one. The Nature’s Bounty brand is same. I add some b6 separately.

Inexpensive. Available at Walm Art.

How is 50.000% RDV low dosage?? and anything past 100% is high dosage. If you have a normal diet, I would assume you would be near 100% already isn't it. Anyway supplementing without bloodworks is kinda shooting in the dark. Im gonna get a full vitamin blood panel and include homocisteine, MMA and holotranscobalamin markers for b12. What other markers for the other vitamins are recommended? for instance, oh25 is useless by itself for vitamin d, and most people still don't undestand you need 1,25 too. So I would need to learn these details for each vitamin to get a good reading.

You’re right on the b12.

WRT the other b’s they are low.

Here’s an alternative with lower b12 & higher other b’s.

People have different tolerance for the methylated forms, too. Different conversation.

Why do you say they are low? the % on some is 2000 above RDV.

B3 dose is high.

They do have a few 100% DV B-complexes online. This, combined with a balanced diet should provide the little extra B-vitamins you need without providing too much.

@rayban

I don’t think the Jarrow B-Right is low. I posted that for comparison with the liquid I posted before that b/c the liquid is high B12 but very low on a few other Bs.

Beside of taking the B vitamins weekly (or low dose daily), how much thiamine should I take parallelly to fix severe deficiency?
