My oral temperature when I wake up is 36.9 c and axillary 36.1 c... Why so much difference? Which one do I listen to?

They’re different parts of your body. Different parts are different temperature.

If you're measuring your body temperature by armpit, try keeping the thermometer there longer for it to warm up before you take the measurement. I found it would take up to 8-10 minutes to get an accurate reading.

There is also a difference between the armpit and oral and other temperatures:
Normal oral, rectal, tympanic and axillary body temperature in adult men and women: a systematic literature review - PubMed
Assessment of axillary temperature for the evaluation of normal body temperature of healthy young adults at rest in a thermoneutral environment (see figure 1 and the discussion).

EMF Mitigation - Flush Niacin - Big 5 Minerals
