I guess you could say that. Part of Paul's abuse was being ordered to abuse and help in the kidnapping of other children. Although, he was threatened with death and torture if he didn't comply. He even testifies that he witnessed his abusers murdering others, so the threat was clearly very real. I would be hard pressed to say that an adult acted on their on volition under those circumstances, let alone a 10 year old kid.
