This is a very good topic, so I will just bump this for moral reasons. I can't contribute that much, but years ago it was believed TUDCA mainly benefited the liver, when in fact (as discovered only about 3 years ago) some of its best effects were in preventing ER/UPR stress in the hypothalamus (only partially - certainly not all - attributable to leptin):

The same idea can be applied (probably) to the immune system in several ways.

ER/UPR stress is certainly an important phenomenon and it's gotten sidelined by "antioxidants" (Vit C/E/flavonoids/etc) which do not necessarily address it.

It's mostly likely not a cure in terms of autoimmune disorders (I extremely doubt that) but could help lower symptoms.

It's just to point out ER/UPR stress is a systemic phenomenon rather than purely a liver one.
