Aspirin dissociation

Hello, why do aspirin cause very intense and unpleasant dissociation and derealization in high doses, like 6 grams per day in combination with caffeine? Or it's just a result of caffeine withdrawal?

6 grams? Why such a high dose? Ray pest mentions that a lie dose has many benefits.

I'm not sure why it would cause you that. Amoxicillin cause that for me. Maybe that high dosage is affecting you microbiome.

Unless you have cancer, that seems like a pretty extreme dose. I used to take 2 grams of aspirin a day. Sometimes I found that too much caffeine on top of that would cause a stress reaction. Probably from burning though glycogen stores too quickly.
