That statement is totally unclear to me. Exposure to cold turns saturated fat to PUFA but exposure to heat turns PUFA to saturated fat?

If the ASA, or any chelator, releases iron from storage and shuttles it to the liver (where iron damage may occur), would it be better to add something like charcoal for protection?

As I said in the post you quotes, the in vivo (and human) studies I have seen so far show that aspirin protects the liver. So, I don't see any need to add charcoal or other things. Aspirin has been shown to lower iron and ferritin and simple bleeding cannot explain that fact. So, it is chelating the iron out of the body one way or another.

Since 2,3-dihydroxybenzoic acid is formed by shikimate we can assume modern food prevents adequate amounts of it naturally due to roundup, so we should take small amounts of aspirin with every meal.
