Been taking 150mg of aspirin (half a tablet) dissolved in water for a week now. Erections are more frequent and better quality. Definitely a noticeable difference.

Awesome. From personal experience, I noticed shortly after I started supplementing K2 and Magnesium that morning erections became a daily occurrence. This had never happened to me before, even in my teens. This trend has continued for as long as I've been supplementing. I suspect that anything that improves blood flow will be beneficial in this area, I've heard reports that Inclined Bed Therapy does the same thing. But clearly, better to stick with the safer substances than mess with dangerous ones like Viagra.

Amazing testimonies.

Where do you get your K2 and Magnesium from?

Really, it's been a variety of types and brands over the years. For Magnesium, I've used Citrate and Malate with success (at least in this area), currently using Glycinate. I've used Life Extention, Carlson, Relentless Improvement, Kuinone, and Thorne for K2, and have noticed this will all of them as well.

What happens if you take both at the same time?

Don't know if this was directed at me but to answer it, I haven't taken a full tablet of aspirin yet. Half a dose (150mg) is having such a notable effect that i'm content with it for now and see no reason to up it.

I've taken viagra before out of curiosity and this is giving me similar results for sure.

I'm often envious of people on this forum and how quickly/significantly a food or supplement affects them because I've tried heaps of things and don't feel much different, but this is the first time i've had such a notable and quick response to something.

Have you experimented with riboflavin? Ultimately, it messed me up, but it will produce the, uh, aforementioned effects. How much k2 do you take? (Srry if you have already said.)

Is supplementing Magnesium Peat-compatible? I've rarely seen it recommended

I've taken between 1-15mg a day. Occasionally, up to 45mg. Noticed this pretty much at all doses. I've used ribloflavin here and there, didn't notice anything in particular from that.

I don't know. Perceive, Think, Act, right? I was using this combo before I discovered Peat, I've never seen any reason to stop it.

Peat does talk about low magnesium levels in hypothyroidism, so it's not out of line with his ideas.

What is a good source for large does of Vitamin K-2? I can't find it anywhere and the Thorne serum says sold out.
