Who else listens to ASMR?

SoutherASMR really help me sleep and is deeply relaxing, kinda like Bob Ross.

I did in the past. It quickly becomes boring and predictable.
Although it can be relaxing, especially when lying down and closing your eyes.

Yes, the autonomous sensory meridian response is an interesting phenomenon. I can only speculate, but it might be something humans have evolved to experience when watching or listening to someone from our tribe who is performing a task that requires our focused attention in order to learn it and thereby aid our survival. In the sense that those without the capacity for ASMR 'tingles' were less likely to learn the behaviours necessary for survival, and therefore didn't pass on their genes. Maybe it just socialises us to associate good feelings with the voices and actions of our social community. It is probably more pronounced in childhood (I certainly remember experiencing it as a child), but can carry over into adulthood for a large percentage of people.
Personally, I experience both ASMR and its antithesis misophonia, depending on who is doing it. :):
