In their own offices, Dr. Mainster and Dr. Turner have installed skylights and extra fluorescent lights to help offset the aging of their own eyes.
Even if you buy into the blue light benefits, the fluorescent lights seem like an awfully "blunt" way of getting blue light in your eyes. It seems like the common "blue light therapy" LED boxes would be better, letting you time the exposure and limit it to mostly your eyes.

Whoa, didn't read that part. He was right about the fact that people don't use light well, but they do even worse!

This is kind of a depressing article. Can't it be filtered through the Peat lens? Am I supposed to really believe I can't use light as well because I'm older?
I personally felt my best in years last summer when I got up every day and walked for an hour in early daylight. I slept good too.
