Armpit Pain After Drinking Milk

3 days ago I just started to drink milk regularly. 500 mL of cow milk every day. Today I noticed that i have bad pain in my armpits. But it only aches when i make pressure on my armpit. The left one aches more.

Why im getting gynecomastia symptoms from milk? The same happened months ago when i overdosed on progesterone and right after i got gynecomastia. The same thing is happening from milk.

I've had the same reaction from both milk and progesterone. It's probably related to some hormonal effects on the lymph glands.

I don't know exactly, but that's what I figure it has to be.
