Areolas Decreasing In Size After Peating

srs, i have no idea why but suddenly my areolas have started decreasing in diameter. hairs are now growing along the ridge of the areolas' outter strongholds and are making steady progress towards the center. soon i will have two tiny flesh buds where my nipples once used to be

More seriously, I do think that enhanced definition between areas of different pigmentation/tissue is a marker for health. Another area to evaluate is the lips.

What were you exactly doing to produce a decrease in your areolas size?
