Sorry, couldn,t find the answer myself.
So, went for a couple of times, a few years ago to a doctor (a very good and experienced one) and he watched my intestines with ultrasound.
He managed to find things in me, that no other doctor before was able to spot. He said that my liver, gallbladder and ducts are very good, no sign of pathology whatsoever. He didn,t mention anything about fat in the liver. I wonder however, if the device was not a FibroScan, would he been able at all to to determine some fat in the liver? If I want to be sure about my liver,s condition (fatty or no), do I have to go to another specialist, who,s got the right machine?
