Is anyone else worried about breathing in plastic or paper fibers from the bag breathing? I did it with a paper bag from the grocery store and my throat felt very irritated after, I am sure it was from the bag itself and or the lining. What would be a safe material for bag breathing? I know plastic is bad for water, but does it shed any plastics from aeration?
