Did it pretty often yesterday. No headache.
I btw never get headaches.
Frequent short sessions are fine. It takes about 10-15 minutes of continuous bag breathing to develop a headache due to CO2 buildup in my experience. It will resolve very soon after resuming normal breathing.

Are you using simple paper bags ? How often do you use a new one?

Purchased. Used a handful of times. Much much easier to actually maintain the seal around the mouth so I was more encouraged to do it. Making things easier for me to do things is important becausey default is far lazier than I would like. For that reason alone I would recommend it. Not used long enough to take about the CO2 benefits, just merely talking about the product.
