slowly recovering from serious health issues. I am able to work now again and have physically active job on two days on/off shifts. If I decide to lift it's going to be once a week for half hout max so obviously no strength or muscle goals aren't priorities.
Anything modest lifting session offers that long walks, physical job, good diet and sleep aren't?
