Scallops seem to be the only muscle meat that are relatively low iron.

With plenty of sugar and gelatin it seems like you could eat scallops everyday with no problem right?

Also, depending on the time of year, they actually contain sugar in the form of glycogen. That's why they're sweet.

I eat mine cooked in coconut oil, the I melt a small spoonful of butter on them. (about 8oz of them at a time.) I drink a tall glass of orange juice and gelatin with it. It's great. They fill me up with a small amount.

Looks like its very low in everything, with phosphorus being the highest.

RP talked about excess iodine and other toxic substances in seafood
causing problem if eaten in large quantity. He recommends
seafood once a week for mainly selenium and also copper.
My understanding is that dairy is the safest source of protein
and everything else in rotation of once or twice a week.
