Are k2 mk7 doses the same as mk4?

I took 700mcg of mk7 with aspirin every evening and was fine. now taking it with 5mg of mk4 and also fine.
I believe mk7 is more potent. how many mcg would you be taking?

IIRC MK7 has a longer half life,but no more potent than MK4
MK4 was was used in the famous Japan study for bone and heart health
At doses of 45 mg daily split into three 15 mg dose.
I use 5 mg twice daily to target my atherosclerosis.
