Are Gums Like Guar, Carob And Arabicum Not That Bad?

I got a bunch of food i would not like to waste but it has guar gums . Is it ok to eat or???

I would personally like to avoid all of them but I also prefer not to pay $5 for a small container of cream cheese. I truly avoid carageenan and xanthum but i do occasionally use products with arabic or guar. I researched Arabic gum a bit and decided I was ok with it but don't know about guar. Curious to see what others say.

I do not know. Frankincense & myrrh are mentioned in the bible. So in hindsight, it is not surprising.

Are you reading the Contents of that cream cheese with the additives in it? Most of the regular cream cheese available today is pretty toxic stuff. Look for PUFAs on the label. Italian cream cheese would be a better choice. Or the organic cream cheese.
