I heard they contain cyanide. I just ate about 30 piece, I don't feel anything wrong yet but wanted to ask here. Is it safe to eat them occasionaly? How peaty are them?
BTW, I meaned Amygdaline (Vit B17). I guess that's the substance that creates cyanide when breaked down.
