I can't stand oysters and I enjoy clams.

I bet clams don't have the exact same micronutrient profile as oysters, but do they pretty much get the job done for the purpose Peat recommends them?

My first pass on cronometer lists oysters as an excellent source of copper & zinc (and iron - have with coffee). Clams are listed as an excellent source of selenium. Oysters have more traces vitamins and minerals, but clams have less PUFA. Give and take I suppose, but not identical swaps.

So clams aren't really great for zinc and copper though?
