Applying Pansterone Topically

If I'd like to apply Pansterone topically using DMSO, how much DMSO should I use for 8 drops of Pansterone?

A second question: would it be an effective alternative to put vitamin e oil on my skin, drip the Pansterone onto that, and then rub it in?

Pansterone will abosorb just fine all by itself. Additional ingredients may cause the steroids to come out of solution. You could try sublingual but topical will work too.
