Apple Cider?

I haven't been finding a lot of quality orange juice in the midwest lately, but apples are definitely high quality at the moment. If I have no known reactions to apples or the juice how do you think apple cider would be as a source for sugar?

Also, the apple cider I'm talking about is just basically raw apple juice.

If it's squeezed by reliable source that doesn't enzymatically process it and is strained it's probably good.

Ryan, thanks for asking this question.

It's apple season where I am and yesterday I stopped in and picked up some apple cider, YUM! I plan on sneaking in a cup or two of it a day and see if I notice any effects. I always warm mine up in a pot and drink it hot. :cheers

I belive RP says the high amout of pectin can be problematic though.

Found the quote (was on Danny Roddy's RP's Brain)

Pectin tends to increase serotonin by irritating the intestine.
