those things are all scams. nothing is going to purify anything. unless you live over a bus terminal with idling buses, just open your windows to get fresh air, and go outside for a walk. indoors, change your furnace filters monthly, get rid of old carpets and install proper hardwood or good tile instead. keep pets off furniture. use vinegar and water for cleaning. you dont need a machine.
