Anyone tried Ayrshire, Brown Swiss, milking shorthorn, or Illawarra cows milk?

Did you ever try brown Swiss? I’m about to pickup some A2 Jersey and A2 brown Swiss today.
i wasn't able to find any.
there was one farm which had multiple different breeds and they combined all the milks.
