Anyone having success on T4 monotherapy or T4 with a little bit of T3?

If yes, please specify your dose.
Common dosages for T4 range from 50 to 200 mcg, which is higher that what I see on this forum.
I'm currently doing 75mcg T4 + 25mcg T3.
