The upside or wild lettuce would be it is a good vitamin k1 source, the downside it is an above ground vegetable with polyunsaturated fatty acids that have oxidized in the sun. Then take it in a supplement form and it would be even more unstable and inflammatory. Taking it for insomnia would be better than taking sleeping pills, but we can do better.I am wanting to try wild lettuce for insomnia, but cannot find much information on it other than it is helpful for insomnia,is there a down side to wild lettuce ?
