ANYONE HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH TRETINOIN

In my experience (2 months' worth of usage) tretinoin is expensive and has not cleared up the acne on my back. However, it has recently started making my skin very dry so perhaps it is increasing the cell turnover and I will see better results soon.

If it has started to make your skin very dry I would recommend to go down on the frequency to once every few days in order to accomodate

My dermatologist told me that it can take a year to see the full benefits

Just an update regarding my experience with tretinoin: I took it for 6 months and it didn't clear up the acne on my back.

I'm now seeing a different dermatologist who has prescribed oral doxycycline, a benzoyl peroxide wash, and topical minocycline. I've been at it for 2 months and I'm unfortunately not seeing results.
