As the title suggests,

How many of you find it hard to breathe through your nose? Or have what you think is sleep apnea, or have been diagnosed with sleep apnea or a septum issue?

I think I might have some obstructive sleep apnea as I have had one large tonsil my entire life and now that I'm pretty overweight I think it's been messing with my sleep some. I have teeth problems that I don't have the money to fix right now so I have to use a night guard at night and it forces my mouth open while sleeping so I end up mouth breathing. So, I tape my mouth every night now. Which has helped tremendously.

I also found this on the functional Alps blog and I do it right before bed if my nose feels clogged in any way. It works really well for me. Obviously though if you have a deviated septum then there isn't much to do besides surgery as far as I know.
