Anyone feel worse when they use antiinflammatories?

I'm going to be ambiguous here and say I generally feel worse when I am taking something that is supposed to be antiinflammatory and generally feel better when I avoid them.

Is too much antiinflammation bad?

My understanding is inflammation is required for the body to heal. Anti-inflammatories interfere with the body's natural healing process.
