I'm seeing that it's very good for "cleansing" the liver, pancreas, gall bladder, etc.
Just don't know how much to chop up and for how many cups water to boil, how long....??
I just boiled 3 TB of dried cilantro for 10 minutes in about 10 oz of water. Because the leaves are quite mild in flavor, I didn't find this too strong to drink. I can't tell about the effectiveness yet. I bought a bulk bag of dried organic cilantro some time ago, but then forgot to use it. So your post prompted me to give it a try.
It comes fresh/green in the produce section. There's videos showing the chopping like bunched spinach, but vague as to amount.
Your's is dried - maybe that's better....??
