Count me in. Maybe i cooked them not enough of something but today i am in big trouble :) and only thing different i did is added 100g of white bottom mushrooms.I get constipated from them. Isn’t this actually harmful and counter-productive?

I use thiamine hcl. I've learned there is no way to get enough thiamine for therapeutic purposes through food. I get my thiamine hcl from here: Thiamine HCl (Vitamin B1) . You can do a web search for food sources of thiamine if you want.What are good food sources of thiamine?
