Does anybody know of an epigentics way to down regulate this enzyme?

Expression of D3 in human cancers. This enzyme deactivates t3 and t4 hormone.

This study was about copper on amphibian but it shows up regulation of Dio3 ,they conclude that delayed amphibian metamorphosis was due to Dio3.
