Any Way To Temporarily Raise TSH For A Blood Test?

Hi guys, I'm getting a blood test (fasted) in 5 days and there's going to be a tsh measurement. My doc believes 5 is an acceptable tsh amount, whereas ray believes this is more like 0.4. I'm wondering if there is any way to raise my TSH to 5-10 short term so I can be put on a thyroid supplement. I know this isn't healthy, but it should benefit me long term. I also have exams this and next week so it can't be too dibillitating to my studying. Any help appreciated.

Nevermind, the study is on rats and they injected CDP into their brains...Not a great source
