High dose Caffeine,taurine, magnesium, zinc, calcium b and fat vitamins, plus low pufa high calorie non toxic diet should solve porn problems.
This will result in low estrogen and prolactin plus high androgens and resistance to various toxic things.
suplements with calories make my opinion from nofap change quickly.

Another angle that has not been discussed is that PMO (Porn, masturbation, orgasm), like other addictions, are oftentimes a mechanism of emotional escapism. Like junk food, smoking, numbing yourself with entertainment. You do it because you can't handle uncomfortable negative emotions and seek a temporary hit of pleasure in order to cope with your pain.
The more you PMO, the more you reinforce self-hate.
Mastering your body and succeeding at Nofap is not about willpower / discipline. Many who choose that path fail time and time again.
The secret is to heal / integrate your emotional wounds. To do "Inner work". When you do that, Nofap suddenly becomes effortless. Quitting addictions becomes effortless.
