Any Such Thing As Natural Alternative To Afrin/Flonase >Stuffed Nose - Help

I have a horrible head cold and can't sleep because I have to breath out my mouth - my nose completely blocked! Might the "drug section" of Whole Foods have something that'll work.
Cold > nose getting worse from no sleep.

saline sprays or ones like xlear with xylitol can help. also you could try using a neti pot or steam, warm compress on the face.

Something that never failed me in these situations: crushed raw garlic.

It keeps the nose clear for 3-4 hours at a time.

Your stomach might feel awful for 2 minutes though.

If you don't care about it being natural then ephedrine will clear that nose right up. Stack it with diphenhydramine or cyproheptadine and it won't affect your sleep.

SinuOrega from North American herb and spice is an amazing natural saline type nose spray. I use it daily.
