Thanks for posting. Seems like he is knowledgeable about what he is talking about, however, still wondering about the freeze dried fruits for whole food vitamin C not being any good, or the silver interfering with copper levels, etc., not too sure about that.Cont.
You're welcome. I took photos of those pages where he mentions about the colloidal silver and vit C. Btw, used to take it too, long time ago but didn't notice any health benefits. Thanks for posting. I was looking again, but only saw where mentioned not to use colloidal minerals, didn't really see any mention of silver, unless I missed it. Anyway, thanks for posting it. I already use whole food vitamin C, but someone on a group said that Thompson said that the freeze drying process denatured the vitamin C in the fruit making it no different than ascorbic acid. I am trying to see if there is any validity to that, because my source of wholefood C is from freeze dried acerola berries. And, it was said that he mentioned silver to be an antagonist to copper, of which I never heard before. You're welcome. Off topic, I heard Chris Masterjohn saying that the folate is lost in frozen vegetables such as spinach, so they're useless in that regards too.
Oh I see. If I come across anything C related, I will let you know. So did you use his email address and he didn't reply to that?I was looking again, but only saw where mentioned not to use colloidal minerals, didn't really see any mention of silver, unless I missed it.
