Any contamination risk with thiamine supplements?

I'm going to start taking high doses of thiamine mononitrate but I wonder if there is such a risk. I can only afford the cheapest one, so even a miniscule risk is a big no no for me.

I think contamination is a possibility in everything from the industry. Anytime you put anything in your mouth, you are taking a risk. Does the risk outweigh the benefit?

I feel better on b vitamins in general; the risk does not outweigh the perceived benefit for me.

Buy quality stuff with no fillers, binders and other cr*p, from reputable source.

Everything is contaminated but the stuff from reputable vendors way less.

With high dose B vitamins, I'd be much more worried about creting nutrient imbalances in your body. Many people on this forum messed themselves up with supplements.

Request the certificate of analysis for the batch from the producer, this contains a heavy metal assay.
