Most commercial chocolate at least in Europe should be ok as they all use saturated fat e.g like most of Nestlè's lineup. I imagine most people here would get up in arms about the lecithin though. I worked in one of the Cadbury's factory when it used to be based in the North West of the UK(in Moreton) and not owned by Kraft when i was in my mid teens and the amount of lecithin used in the final mix was not even a whole percent of the whole recipe. I doubt this has changed much since using a lot of lecithin in chocolate makes it incredibly greasy tasting. I'd be more weary of things like hot chocolate mixes and ice cream when it comes to worrying amounts of lecithin

Of course you should also avoid anything commercial that contains wheat in it. as more often than not and especially in the UK it's fortified
Awesome. Thanks! I can’t get over how much better Euro milk chocolates taste compared to American stuff

Maine Root Brewing Co makes some decent sodas that are clean.

I’ve used their “Mexicane Cola” since the Coca Cola recipe changed for the worse, according to Danny and Ray.

Also, “Enjoy Life” is a cheap, organic chocolate company using rice milk, cane sugar, and cocoa butter.

I start getting dyspepsia, congestion and skin rashes that I did not have from honeydew or pineapple before I started the honey. I was eating 200+ grams of honey a day and now it only takes one spoon full to induce painful headaches and hives on my face. I will report back if I figure anything else out ?

Ah, okay. The same symptoms I get. Thank you for keeping me posted!

Thanks for this recommendation. I had not heard that Mexican Coke changed their recipe. I gave it up last year hear when I heard the Coca Cola company uses stem cells from abortions to get the taste right.

I imagine so. Here a a screenshot of Coca Cola on the list, but look above that! They use the aborted baby stem cells in bottled water too, to trick your brain into thinking the water tastes good.

@Rinse & rePeat, thank you so much for letting me know. I get most of my food from local farms and orchards, but I have my dad to cook for and even though I make most of his meals from scratch, he has a processed food kind of palate so I try to get healthier versions of his favorites. It looks like one of them is out—Häagen-Dazs. :(

I don’t know what health issues it could cause “tricking the brain”, but it is certainly a disgusting way to make money.

For sure. I’m super sad about haagen dazs
Me too until I figured out how to make my homemade ice cream just as good, without cream or egg yolks, reducing the fat by half, with two times more protein and 3+ times more calcium! It takes me 3 minutes to combine and blend the 4 ingredients and throw it in my electric ice cream maker. It is done from start to finish in 30 minutes! I make it twice a week for family and friends!

Here is my recipe for it….

Awesome, thanks for sharing! I actually committed to a quality icecream maker, to avoid the pufa in eggs, with a gelatin recipe instead.

I’ll let everyone know how it goes if it’s a success, but I ate the mix as a custard and it tasted amazing, lol.

someone posted kozy shack. i like that rice pudding.
in canada the loblaws chain of grocery stores has a frozen thaw-to-serve tiramisu that is really good and uses coconut oil.
some grocery stores have store brand pure ice cream pints with no gums or weird ingredients.
