Any Advice On Using Lactase?

I can’t drink lactose milk. They are selling pure lactase cheaply now so I bought some and am going to buy good milk and treat it myself. Any advice appreciated.

I usually mix a small amount of liquid lactase solution from the pills then add it to the milk. The solution will actually work really well while the pills tend to sit at the bottom of the milk, even if powdered.
The milk seems to go bad much faster so keep that in mind.

how much lactase do you guys take? every gram lactose ->1 mg lactase or something?
Does a supplement work at all? Did it stop intolerance symptoms?

Was your lactase experiment successful? If so, which product did you use, did you pre-treat the milk?

I am having success now. I'm up to 1/4 lactose milk and 3/4 LF milk and over a month from now I think I'll be done with LF milk!
